BONSERNEWS.com – The Attorney General’s Office (Kejagung) spoke out regarding the plans of former Minister of Communication and Information Johnny G. Plate who claimed to be ready to become a Justice Collaborator.
Head of the Legal Information Center for the Attorney General’s Office Ketut Sumedana admitted that his party did not question the intention of the suspect in the corruption case to provide 4G BTS towers and supporting infrastructure 2, 3, 4 and 5 BAKTI Kominfo.
He even suggested that Plate immediately submit an application to become a Justice Collaborator officially to the Public Prosecutor (JPU).

“Just submit it to the Public Prosecutor, later it will be assessed and considered whether it is necessary to recommend it to the Panel of Judges handling the case in order to obtain leniency,” he explained, June 13, 2023.
Previously, Plate’s attorney, Achmad Cholidin, admitted that his client would immediately submit an application to become a JC after his client was transferred to the Central Jakarta District Attorney’s Office.
