BONSERNEWS.com – The Supreme Court (MA) stated that it respected the law enforcement process carried out by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) which detained MA Secretary Hasbi Hasan in the bribery case.
Spokesman (spokesperson) MA Suharto said that his party would follow the ongoing legal process at the KPK, including the use of authority in detaining those concerned.
“Regarding the detention of Supreme Court Secretary Hasbi Hasan, the Supreme Court continues to respect the legal process currently being carried out by the KPK, including the use of its authority to make detentions at the investigative level,” said Suharto.

It is known, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has officially arrested the former secretary of the Supreme Court (MA) Hasbi Hasan (HH), a suspect in the bribery case handling.
“Regarding the needs of the investigation process, the investigation team detained the suspect HH for the first 20 days,” said Head of the KPK News Section, Ali Fikri.
According to Ali, Hasbi Hasan was detained from 12 July 2023 to 31 July 2023 at the KPK Detention Center at the KPK’s Red and White Building, Jakarta.

To date, 17 people have been named as suspects in this case, as follows:
Sudrajad Dimyati (SD) as Chief Justice at the Supreme Court
Gazalba Saleh (GS) as Chief Justice at the Supreme Court
Prasetyo Nugroho (PN) as Judicial Judge/Alternate Registrar at the Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court and Assistant Supreme Court Justice Gazalba Saleh
Edy Wibowo (EW) as Judicial Judge/Substitute Registrar of the Supreme Court
Elly Tri Pangestu (ETP) as Judicial Judge/Substitute Registrar of the Supreme Court
