BONSERNEWS.com – Brand Finance, the world’s leading brand valuation consultant, published a list of the 100 most valuable Indonesian Brand Finances for 2023.

In this publication, the BRI brand received an AAA rating. Therefore, BRI has been named the financial brand with the highest valuation in Indonesia, which is USD 4.3 billion or the equivalent of Rp. 63.86 trillion (exchange rate of Rp. 14,850).

BRI managed to move up the ranking, which was previously in second place in 2022, is now in the top rank in 2023.

When compared to previous years, BRI’s brand valuation grew by up to 15 percent on an annual basis (yoy).

If pulled further, since 2018 the valuation of the BRI brand has increased by USD 1.2 billion or grew by 38 percent.

Local brands listed in the Top 10 Most Valuable Indonesia Brands version of Brand Finance for 2023 are BRI, Telkom Indonesia, Pertamina, Mandiri, HM Sampoerna, BCA, Gudang Garam, A Mild, PLN, and BNI.

BRI Main Director Sunarso said that this achievement was a form of appreciation for BRI’s success in providing the best service to the community, so that BRI was able to continue to improve its reputation and public trust in the long term.

“BRI has succeeded in becoming a brand with the highest value and one that is embedded in society. This is proof of the company’s success in providing the best service to the wider community,” explained Sunarso.

BRI’s success at the top of the list of the most valuable financial brands in Indonesia cannot be separated from the company’s strong financial performance.

In the first 3 months (first quarter) of 2023, BRI managed to record a net profit of IDR 15.56 trillion, growing 27.4 percent compared to the previous year.

“This achievement cannot be separated from BRI’s commitment to be able to create value consistently by focusing on growth in the MSME segment, with good risk management,” said Sunarso.
